摘  要:为了更客观、真实、系统地对大件车过桥进行评估,提出层次分析法和模糊理论结合的一种集成评估方法,提出了通行安全系数的概念。对DER&U法进行更新,使其成为所关注桥梁承载能力进行折减的一种手段,根据桥梁计算特点对桥梁影响承载能力因子进行分类,建立准则层、指标层、目标层的多层分析概念,形成桥梁大件车过桥验算体系。In order to be more objective,realistic and systematic to assess the passing of a large vehicle,an integrated evaluation method that combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory isproposed,and the concept of traffic safety coefficient is put forward.Firstly,the DER&U method is updated to make it a mean of reducing the carrying capacity of a bridge.Then the bearing capacity factors of bridge are classified according to the characteristics of bridge calculation and established criterion layer and index layer,target layer of multilayer analysis concept to form the calculation system with a big car passing bridge.
