右江水力发电厂接力器内漏原因分析及处理方案

摘　　要：右江水力发电厂4台机组接力器在运行中出现不同程度的内漏现象。文章从接力器构造及油路流态着手分析,通过校核计算,找出了问题原因。并对存在问题提出相应处理方案,确保了电厂机组的安全稳定运行。There are different degrees of inner leakage in the operation of the servomotor of the 4 units in YoujiangHydropower Plant. This paper starts with the analysis of the servomotor configuration and the oil flow status finds out thecause of the problem through checking and calculation and puts forward the corresponding treatment plan for the existingproblems to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power plant units.
