摘  要:仙衣滩电厂受油器经过数次技术改进后,仍未能从根本上解决故障隐患。新的技改方案综合了前面历次改进措施经验,以从根本上解决受油器故障隐患为目的。技改的重点在于解决受油器前油腔部位承压面积不对称和泄漏油量过大的问题,从而消除或减小前腔的高油压,解决前端轴承过载的问题。通过加长受油器轴、增设旋转密封、加长上游侧密封段长度、改进加工制造工艺等措施来解决上述问题。此次技改,解决了受油器存在的事故隐患。After several technical improvements in the oil head of the Xianyitan Power Plant it is still unable tofundamentally solve the hidden trouble of the fault. The new technical transformation plan has integrated all previousimprovement measures and aims at fundamentally solving the hidden trouble of the oil head fault. The key point of thetechnical transformation is to solve the problems of asymmetric bearing area and excessive oil leakage in the front oil chamberof the oil head so as to eliminate or reduce the high oil pressure in the front cavity and solve the problem of bearing overloadof the front end. The above problems can be solved by lengthening the oil receiver shaft adding rotary seals lengthening thelength of the upstream side sealing section and improving the processing and manufacturing technology. The technicaltransformation has solved the hidden trouble of accidents existing in the oil head.
