摘 要:针对选煤厂传统灰分检测存在的弊端和问题,在介绍矿用新型在线测灰仪基本原理与特征的基础上,结合某选煤厂实际情况,采用"自行制作翻板微调机构"以及"收煤口设置"两方案对测灰仪进行应用和优化,最后通过相关数据统计、对比和分析,得出新型在线测灰仪合理应用能提高选煤厂生产系统运行可靠性与稳定性,保证了产品合格率与整体质量。Aiming at the disadvantages and problems of traditional coal preparation plant ash detection, based on the introduction of new on-line measurement of mine basic principle and characteristic of ash instrument, combined with the actual situation of a coal preparation plant, the self-made tilting adjustment mechanism "and" coal port setting "two scheme for application and optimization of ash detector. Finally, through the relevant data statistics, comparison and analysis, the new on-line ash detector can improve the reliability and stability of the reasonable application of the operation of the production system in coal preparation plant, ensure the qualified rate of products and the overall quality, create a good social and economic benefits of the conclusion.
