摘　　要：对汽车座椅滑轨料盘进行了冲压工艺分析,确定了排样方案,介绍了滑轨料盘多工位级进模的结构及模具主要零部件设计。经过实践验证,该模具结构合理,加工的制件形状和尺寸精度满足要求,提高了生产效率,对同类制件的模具设计提供一种参考。The stamping process of the automobile seat slideway plate was analyzed,the layout scheme is determined.The structure of the progressive die for the automobile seat slideway plate was presented,the design of the main parts of the die is also presented.The practical verification showed that the structure of the die is reasonable,the shape and size accuracy of parts meet the requirements by the die,improved production efficiency.It provided a reference for progressive die design of similar parts.
