摘  要:利用力学性能测试方法及OM、SEM,研究了不同热处理工艺对大截面锻材10Ni3MnCuAl力学性能与组织的影响。结果表明,固溶前采用正火工艺可提高10Ni3MnCuAl的塑、韧性。冲击值表现出中心低、边角高的特点,而抗拉强度未发生明显变化。正火工艺可细化组织和晶粒,但大截面扁钢中心到边部的冷却强度有差异,边角组织细化和晶粒细化程度更好。Influence of different heat treatment process on properties and microstructure of large-cross-section forging flats of 10Ni3MnCuAl was studied by mechanical properties test method and OM,SEM.The results showed that plasticity and toughness of 10Ni3MnCuAl were improved by normalizing process before solution and aging treatment.The impact value in the center was lower than that at the corner,while the tensile strength did not change significantly.Microstructure and grain size were refined by normalizing process.However,the quenching cooling strength from center to corner of large-cross-section flats was different,the microstructure and grain size refinement at the corner was better.
