摘  要:螺旋滚动导轨是自堆式螺旋速冻机的重要功能部件。根据自堆式螺旋滚动导轨的工作原理对其空间位置和布局进行了分析,提出了螺旋滚动导轨合理布局需要满足的条件;基于Hertz接触理论,对螺旋导轨系统进行了受力分析和变形分析,并建立了导轨系统的接触刚度模型;以国产某自堆式螺旋速冻机螺旋导轨为分析对象,对所建立的模型进行了求解,得出在4种不同预紧力条件下外载荷同导轨系统相对变形、接触刚度间的关系,并分析了预紧力对导轨系统接触刚度的影响;通过建立导轨局部三维模型并对其进行有限元分析,验证了导轨系统接触刚度建模方法的合理性以及模型的正确性。Spiral rolling guide is the important function component of the self-stacking spiral freezer. Analyzed the spatial location and layout of spiral rolling guide,and proposed the conditions of rational layout to be fulfilled. Based on Hertz contact theory,mechanics and deformation of the spiral rolling guide system were analyzed,and the contact stiffness model of guide rail system was established;Tooking the spiral rolling guide of the certain domestic self-stacking spiral freezer as objects,the established model was calculated. The relationship between external load and relative deformation with the guide rail system and the contact stiffness under the condition of four different pre-tightening force were obtained,and the influence of pretightening force of the contact stiffness of the guide rail system was analyzed;Through the establishment of 3 D model of the local guide and the finite element analysis,rationality of the guide rail system modeling methods of the contact stiffness and validity of the model were verified.
