摘 要:为了揭示不同冷却方式对钛合金切削过程的影响规律,以硬质合金刀具切削钛合金Ti6Al4V为研究对象,采用Johnson-Cook材料本构模型,运用金属切削仿真软件Advant Edge进行了高压冷却、浸入式冷却以及局部喷射冷却的切削仿真分析。仿真结果表明:三种冷却方式中,刀具高温区主要分布在切削刃附近区域;浸入式冷却中切削刃温度和应力最低、切削力最小;浸入式冷却切削性能最好,其次为高压冷却,局部喷射冷却最差。研究结果可为钛合金切削加工时选择有效的冷却方式提供理论指导。A cutting simulation was applied to reveal the variation of cooling mode,cutting results and the relationship among them. The cutting of Ti6 Al4 V steel with carbide tools was taken as research subject. A cutting simulation with Johnson-Cook constitutive model was calculated under the cutting conditions of different cooling mode by using Advant Edge software. The simulation results indicate that the highest temperature is generated in the certain distance from the cutting edge. The immersed cooling mode gives the lowest temperature of cutting edge,cutting force and stress in the three cooling modes. The cutting characteristic of immersed coolant is the best,closely followed by model pressureand focused coolant.
