摘  要:为减小机组运行时冷却器的振动,提出一种新型的冷却器隔振设计。基于被动隔振系统模型,计算不同排布隔振系统的隔振效果,确定弹性支撑件数量及排布。利用有限单元法对具有新隔振设计系统的发电机本体进行建模与模态分析,以获取前20阶模态的固有频率和振型。通过动态系统建模与分析,得到结构模态参数。应用LMS振动及动态信号分析仪对冷却器进行了模态测试与分析,验证了有限元计算模型的正确性,并进一步验证了冷却器隔振设计的可行性和有效性。In order to reduce cooler vibration during gen-set running,one new vibration isolation design for generator cooler is proposed. Base on passive vibration isolation model,vibration isolation effect is calculated for different configuration,the quantity and configuration of dampers have been fixed. By using FEM method to create the modeling and perform modal analysis for generator with new cooler vibration isolation design,natural frequencies and mode shapes for the first 20 th modes are calculated. Structural modal parameters are obtained through dynamic system modeling and analysis. Modal test and analysis has been executed with LMS Scadas Mobile,to verify the accuracy ofmodal analysis results of FEM,and the feasibility and effectiveness of cooler vibration isolation design has been validated.
