摘  要:利用光纤通信可以实现数据采集和远程监控功能,部分光缆还可用作管道预警系统,因此良好的通信质量是满足输油气管道安全运行的重要因素,而通信光缆与油气管道同沟敷设,是一种国内外管道建设中常用的做法。结合西气东输二线广西支线管道项目中同沟光缆敷设施工特点,通过分析施工过程中存在的主要问题和影响施工质量的主要因素,重点对光缆敷设及保护、人孔手孔选址、与管道同步协调施工、光缆接续及测试、质量验收等质量控制要点提出相应的管理和技术措施建议。Optical fiber communication technology can be used in data acquisition and remote monitoring,some optical cables can also be used in the pipeline warning system. Therefore, good communication quality is important to ensure the safe operation of oil/gas transportation. It is a common method to lay communication fiber cable and oil/gas pipeline in the same ditch in pipeline construction at home and abroad. According to the construction characteristics of Guangxi branch pipeline project of Second West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline that the gas pipeline and the optical cable are laid in the same ditch,and after analyzing the main problems existing in the construction process and the main factors affecting the construction quality,the corresponding management and technical measures of key points of construction quality control are proposed,such as laying and protecting of optical fiber cable,site selection for manhole and handhole, synchronous coordinated construction with pipeline, connecting and testing of optical fiber cables,quality acceptance.
