摘 要:目的:通过组合无创探头检测仪器及图像分析系统全方位评估一款美白精华液的功效性。方法:选取年龄在18~50岁的健康成年志愿者30例,采用半脸测试法,受试者连续使用含美白活性成分的精华液12周,分别在使用前、使用后1周、4周、8周和12周,利用CK-Skincolor仪器测定颜面部皮肤的L*,Maxmeter MX18反射光谱仪测量相同位置皮肤的黑色素指数,GLossymeter测定皮肤的光泽度,Conermeter测定皮肤的水分含量。通过VISIA-CR采集受试者不同时期不同光源下的面部图形,利用IPP软件分析受试者面部不同测试时间点同一个感兴趣的测量区域(AOI)皮肤光泽度、白度值L*和可见色斑面积。结果:使用该美白活性成分的精华液12周能够提高受试者面部的水分含量(MMP)33.29%,降低黑色素含量10.96%,提升面部皮肤亮度L*值1.05%,提升皮肤亮度13.53%,减少色斑面积受试者有效比为63.00%。结论:该美白精华液有美白淡斑的效果,同时组合使用无创性皮肤检测仪可以客观反映皮肤颜色、色素含量、光泽度、水分含量的变化,利用IPP软件分析图像,可行可视化效果评估,该方法适用于美白类产品的临床功效评估。Objective Combine noninvasive testing instruments with image analysis system for comprehensive evaluation the effectiveness of whitening essence. Methods select 30 healthy adult volunteers aged 18 to 50, to use whitening essence containing the light whitening active ingredients for 12 weeks by half face test, respectively before using the essence and 1,4,8,12 weeks after using, to collect the skin datas such as L*,MI, skin gloss, moisture content by the CK-Skincolor,Maxmeter MX18,Glossymeter,Conermeter,then compare the data in different time-points.Through collecting subjects facial shapes under different light source by VISIA-CR in different periods, The skin whiteness value L* and visible spot area were analyzed by IPP software. Results The water content of the skin increased by 33.29%,skin gloss increased by 13.53%,the value of L increased by 1.05%,Melanin index(MI) decreased by 10.96%. Conclusion The essence has good whitening efficacy. Using non-invasive skin detector can objectively reflect the skin color, Pigment content, the change of water content, Using IPP software to analyze images, visual effects can be evaluated. This method is applicable to the clinical efficacy evaluation of whitening products.
