摘　　要：面部自体脂肪移植技术是根据面部不同区域的不同生理结构有选择性的进行填充,来实现面部整体的对称及美观。对获取的脂肪进行物理机械加工或添加外源性因子,提高了移植脂肪的成活率,延长了脂肪填充的有效时间,对面部美容及畸形修复疗效确切,且并发症少。目前,脂肪移植面临的最大挑战是自体吸收现象,由于面部生理结构复杂,因此,影响面部脂肪移植存活率的因素也相对复杂。本文就面部自体脂肪移植成活率的研究进展综述如下。The technology of facial autologous fat grafting is based on the different physiological structures of different regions of the face, injecting selectively to achieve facial symmetry and beauty. Physical and mechanical processing or adding exogenous factors to the obtained fat lengthening the effective time of fat filling. It has exact effect on facial deformity repair and facial beauty, and has fewer complications. However, the biggest challenge facing fat transplantation is the phenomenon of autologous absorption. Because of the complex physiologic structure of the face, the factors that affect the survival rate of facial fat transplantation are also relatively complex. The research progress of facial autologous fat transplantation survival rate is reviewed.
