摘　　要：ZJ90/6750DB-S四单根立柱超深井钻机的井架是国内最高的K型井架,超高重载特性使得其起升难度非常大;同时钻机的自动化升级改造,配套多套自动化装备,进一步增加了井架的重力、起升重力矩和难度。为更好地解决四单根立柱钻机井架起升难题,利用有限元方法开展了井架起升载荷及井架起升强度计算分析,在不改变井架主体结构尺寸的前提下,提出了通过增大初始起升角度来降低井架最大起升载荷的方案,并成功研制了液压高支架以辅助井架起升。现场应用情况表明:液压高支架辅助井架起升安全可靠,解决了升级后四单根立柱钻机重载超高井架的安全起升难题。研究结果为超高重载井架的起升作业提供了重要的理论和实践支撑。The derrick of the ZJ90/6750 DB-S quadruple-joints stand ultra-deep well drilling rig is the highest K-shaped derrick in China. The ultra-high heavy duty derrick makes it very challenging to lift. The automation upgrade of the drilling rig and multiple sets of supporting automation equipment further increase the derrick＇s gravity and lifting gravitational torque,resulting in a more challenging lifting operation. To address the derrick lifting challenge of quadruple-joints stand drilling rig,the derrick lifting load and the derrick lifting strength were calculated and analyzed using the finite element method. Without the need of increasing the dimension of the derrick main structure,increasing initial lifting angle to reduce the maximum lifting load was proposed. A hydraulic high support was successfully developed to assist the derrick lifting. The field application shows that the lifting of the derrick assisted by the hydraulic high support is safe and reliable,and addresses the challenge of safe lifting of the upgraded quadruple-joints stand heavy-duty ultra-high derrick. The study results provide an important theoretical and practical support for the lifting operation of the ultra-high heavy duty derrick.
