摘 要:海上完井多采用电缆火药爆炸形式进行封隔器的快速投放,存在较大的安全隐患和管理风险。为此,研制了海上高效电动液压坐封脱手一体化工具,并对工具进行了强度分析和现场试验。工具采用电-液动力装置可将电能转化为35 MPa的较高输出油压,同时配备出口单向阀、高压溢流阀和浮动活塞装置,保证了动力装置的工作安全性。创新设计了4级活塞,可将动力装置的输出油压转化为400 kN的推力载荷。现场试验结果表明:工具可实现一键式完成封隔器坐封和脱手功能,各项技术指标均符合设计要求,提高了现场作业的效率和安全性。所得结果可为工具的进一步优化和现场应用提供参考。The rapid deployment of the packer for the completion of the offshore well is usually conducted by the explosive cable conveyed gunpowder,which has a high potential safety hazard and management risk. To address the issue,an integrated high efficient electro-hydraulic setting and releasing tool that can be continuously deployed for offshore completion packer was developed. Strength analysis and field tests have been performed on the tool.The electrical energy is converted to output pressure of 35 MPa by the tool using electro-hydraulic power device.The tool is equipped with an outlet check valve,a high pressure relief valve and a floating piston device to ensure the safety of the power device. An innovative design of a four-stage piston could convert the output pressure of the power device into a 400 kN push load. Field test results show that the tool can achieve one-button packer set-up and release functions. All technical indicators were in line with the design requirements. The developed tool could improve the efficiency and safety of field completion operations. The study could provide references for further optimization and field application of the tool.
