中国对外直接投资对大湄公河次区域国家经济发展影响研究

摘　　要：大湄公河次区域(GMS)国家以其重要的地缘政治属性、逐步开放的经济政策、丰富的自然资源、廉价的劳动力日益受到国际资本的关注。随着中国-东盟自由贸易区建设及中国"一带一路"倡议进程加快,中国与大湄公河次区域国家经济合作不断推进。近年来中国对大湄公河次区域国家的直接投资稳步增长,呈现出:直接投资流量稳步上涨;投资主体多元化,中央企业居于主导地位;直接投资领域不断扩大等特征。中国对外直接投资弥补了大湄公河次区域国家建设资金的不足,完善了GMS国家的基础设施建设,促进了GMS国家经济的持续增长,并进一步推动了中国与GMS国家双边贸易的发展。未来中国对GMS国家投资不仅要关注东道国资源的可持续利用、生态环境的保护以及社会经济的长远发展,更要加大高新科技产业投资力度,注重投资的质量提升。With its important geopolitics, gradual opening up of economicpolicies, abundant natural resources and cheap labor, the GMS countries areincreasingly receiving the attention of international capitals. At present,the economic cooperation between our country and the GMS countries has beenaccelerated, China＇s direct investment in the GMS is at a steady stage of development.The flow of direct investment shows an upward trend, and the directinvestment in stocks has achieved a major breakthrough. The diversified tendenciesof investors show that the state-owned enterprises are in the leadingposition and the private enterprises is growing rapidly. The field of directinvestment is expanding to a large extent. China＇s direct investment not onlymakes up for lack of funds for national construction but also improving infrastructurein the GMS. What’s more, China＇s direct investment promote economicgrowth and bilateral trade between China and the GMS. In the future,Chinese enterprises should pay more attention to the sustainable use of resourcesin the host country, protecting the ecological environment and thelong-term social development.
