摘  要:研究了多种相容剂对PPE/PP合金的增容效果,测试了合金的力学性能,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了刻蚀后共混体系的形态结构,结果表明,自制的类SEBS类相容剂的增容效果最好。研究了八溴醚、溴化环氧、十溴二苯乙烷对PPE/PP合金的阻燃效果,结果表明,十溴二苯乙烷对该合金具有良好的阻燃效果,添加量在15%时即可达到1.5mm的V-0级阻燃。Kinds of compatibilizers and their effect on PPE/PP alloy have been studied,the mechanical properties of the alloy have been tested,and the morphological structure of the alloy after etched has been observed by the SEM. The results show that the compatibilizer similar to SEBS which synthesized by ourselves has the best effect.The effects of eight brominated ether,brominated epoxy,decabromodiphenylethane on PPE/PP alloy have been studied,and the results show that decabromodiphenylethane has the best flame retardant effect which with only 15% addition can reached V-0 of 1. 5 mm.
