摘  要:通过熔融共混法将氢氧化镁(MH)和聚磷酸铵(APP)添加至有机硅中,制备可瓷化硅橡胶复合材料。采用锥形量热仪评价了该复合材料的防火性能。结果显示:APP的添加使得可瓷化硅橡胶的点燃时间(TTI)延长至59s,热释放速率峰值(HRR)降至264kW/m^2,且总热释放(THR)为最低。Ceramifying silicone rubber composites including magnesium hydroxide and ammonium polyphosphate,were prepared by melt blending. The fire performance of the composites were evaluated by cone calorimeter.Results showed that TTI was lengthened to 59 s,and HRR was reduced to 264 kW/m^2,when APP was added. Besides its THR was the lowest among the composites.
