摘　　要：季戊四醇四(3-月季基硫代丙酸酯)是一种耐热、耐水解性能优异的塑料抗氧剂,应用于各种聚烯烃和工程塑料中。本文以十二烯、3-巯基丙酸、季戊四醇等为主要原料,在偶氮化合物存在下制备季戊四醇四(3-月季基硫代丙酸酯)。实验表明,当十二烯、3-巯基丙酸和季戊四醇的摩尔比为1.14:1:0.22时,制备的季戊四醇四(3-月季基硫代丙酸酯)收率可达90.7%。Pentaerythritol tetrakis（ 3-dodecylthiopionate） is a kind of plastic antioxidant with excellent heat-resisitant and hydrolysis-resistant activities and can be applied to all kinds of polyolefin and engineering plastics.Pentaerythritol tetrakis（ 3-dodecylthiopionate） is prepared using dodecene,β-mercaptopropionic acid and pentaerythritol as raw materials,with the existence of azoic compounds. The experiments yield up to 90. 7% when the ratio of n（ dodecene） ： n（ β-mercaptopropionic acid） ∶ n（ pentaerythritol） is 1. 14： 1： 0. 22.
