摘 要:氯化聚乙烯是一种新型的高分子弹性体材料,是将聚乙烯进行氯化而得的一种改性产品。该文主要介绍了制备氯化聚乙烯三种不同的生产技术,即溶液法、悬浮法、气固相法,并对这三种生产方式的优缺点进行了比较,结果表明:溶液法污染严重,已基本被淘汰;悬浮法最成熟,应用最广泛;气固相法因其环保高效,最具发展潜力。最后对氯化聚乙烯的主要应用进行了介绍。Chlorinated polyethylene is a new type of polymer elastomer material,is a modified product of chlorination of polyethylene. In this paper,three different kinds of production technologies of chlorinated polyethylene were presented,which are solution method,suspension method and gas-solid phase method,and the advantages and disadvantages of these three different modes of production were compared. The results show that: solution method has terrible environment pollution,which has been basically eliminated. Suspension method is the most mature method,has been most widely used. Furthermore,because of its environmental protection and highly efficiency,gas-solid phase method has the best development potential. Finally,the main application of chlorinated polyethylene were presented.
