摘  要:以黄钨酸为钨源,分别以ZrO_2、Al_2O_3、SnO_2为载体,采用浸渍法制备了用于催化氧化环戊烯(CPE)合成戊二酸(GAC)的多相化催化剂。考察了WO_3负载量、载体种类、焙烧温度对GAC收率的影响。采用傅里叶红外吸收光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)、透射电镜(TEM)等测试手段对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,当制备催化剂的条件为以ZrO_2为载体,w(WO_3)=30%,焙烧温度500℃,在n(H_2O_2)∶n(CPE)=4.2,85℃下反应7h,GAC收率高于70%。Heterogeneous catalysts for catalytic oxidation of cyclopentene(CPE)to glutaric acid(GAC)were prepared by impregnation method using tungstic acid as tungsten source and ZrO2,Al2 O3,SnO2 as carriers.Effects of WO3 loading,carrier type,and calcination temperature on the yield of GAC were determined.FTIR,XRD,UV-Vis DRS and TEM were used to characterize properties of the catalysts.The results indicated that WO3/ZrO2 calcined at 500℃ with 30% WO3 content showed best catalytic performance and the yield of GAC could reach up to 70% under the condition of n(H2 O2)∶n(CPE)=4.2,t=85℃ and time on stream was 7 h.
