摘 要:目的探讨30种植物源功能性化合物对德国小蠊的触杀活性,为开发有效的植物源杀蟑物质提供依据。方法采用强迫接触法。结果 30种化合物中肉桂醛、胡椒酚、茴香醛、柠檬醛、松油烯-4-醇、百里香油、薄荷油、土荆芥油等物质相对生物活性较高。其中肉桂醛和百里香油,在10%浓度时72 h校正死亡率均可达100%。结论肉桂醛和百里香油触杀效果最佳,以其开发杀蟑制剂值得进一步研究。Objective To screen contact activities of the essential oils against German cockroach from 30 herbs,so as to provide solid evidence for further development of effective herb-origin vector repellents. Methods Forced direct contact method was used in the study. Results The biological activities of cinamaldehyde,piperin,anisaldehyde,limonene,terpinen-4-oil,thyme oil,peppermint oil,herba schizonepetae oil and so on in the 30 compounds proved to have relatively high bioactivity. And in all these compounds,cinamaldehyde and thyme oil had a corrected 100% mortality rate at a concentration of 10% within 72 hours. Conclusion Results showed that cinamaldehyde and thyme oi1 were the most effective insect repellent,which was worth further study for the development of effective cockroach repellent.
