摘 要:引入区块链技术,利用其分布式记账、信息不可篡改、点对点传输等特征,设计了基于区块链的"一带一路"跨境物流平台,结合交易"频度系数"矩阵,利用账本拆分技术,将全局账本按地域属性划分为若干交易区域子网,重新设计区域内交易记账和通关记账流程,实现"一带一路"沿线国家和地区间物的实体流、信息流和资金流快速、安全、有序地流转。该研究一定程度上丰富了区块链在跨境物流领域的应用,并为促进"一带一路"跨境物流效率提升提供了解决方案。In this paper, relying on the technical strength of the block chain technology, we designed the Belt and Road Initiative crossborder logistics platform based on block chain, then in combination with the transaction frequency coefficient matrix and using the book splitting technology, divided the global book into several sub-networks of transaction areas according to their regional attributes, redesigned the bookkeeping processes of intra-area transactions and customs clearance(i.e., cross-regional transactions) so as to accurately trace the cross-border flow of the goods, improve customs efficiency, and realize the rapid, safe and orderly flow of goods, information and capital between the countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative line.
