摘　　要：首先分析了B/S模式的优势;然后依据系统的功能模块设计了基于B/S的物流客户跟踪服务系统协作图、活动图、状态图、系统功能架构图,将系统分为系统管理员和客户(用户)两大模块,探讨了其系统功能,如客户个人信息管理、公告管理、客户留言、客户货物跟踪、系统管理等物流客户服务功能环节;最后介绍了用户登录应用流程图、客户货物跟踪流程图和客户留言(客户意见反馈、客户投诉评价),探讨其系统实现。In this paper, we first analyzed the advantages of the B/S mode. Then, according to the functional modules of the system, we designed the collaboration chart, activity chart, status chart and system functional framework chart of the logistics customer tracking service system based on the B/S mode, divided it into two modules： system administrator and customer（user）, and explored their functions such as customer personal information management, announcement management, customer comments, customer goods tracking, and system administration. At the end, we introduced the flow charts for user login, customer cargo tracking and customer comments（customer feedback,customer complaint and evaluation） and discussed their implementation.
