摘 要:首先通过分析规划出烟草物流配送中心的布局和作业流程,确定仿真模型的系统原型。其次选用Flexsim仿真软件对配送中心进行仿真建模,得到配送中心的仿真模型。接着分析配送中心关键节点的运行结果,寻找配送中心的瓶颈节点,综合考虑物流成本和运作效率问题,确定最佳的模型参数。最后分析比较模型优化前后的运行结果,证明采用仿真技术对烟草物流配送中心规划的有效性。This paper first analyzed the layout and operation process of a tobacco logistics distribution center and determined the system prototype of the simulation model. Then we simulated and modeled the distribution center using Flexsim and obtained its simulation model. Next, after analyzing the operation results of the key nodes of the distribution center, we set out to find the bottleneck nodes,comprehensively consider the logistics cost and operation efficiency of the distribution center, and determine the best parameters of the model.Finally, we compared the operation results before and after the optimization of the model, which proves the effectiveness of the simulation process to the tobacco logistics distribution center.
