摘　　要：目的研究远程医疗在居家养老健康服务中的应用现状及问题建议。方法通过分析3种传统养老模式的优缺点,引出远程医疗居家养老服务模式,进而分析其在应用中存在的问题,最后提出相应的对策及建议。结果远程医疗居家养老健康服务在实际运行中存在推广力度不够、第三方运营标准不一、信息网络未达到全覆盖等问题。结论克服相关问题,发挥远程医疗的优势,将会促进居家养老健康服务的真正实现,造福老年人。Objective To study the application status and problems of telemedicine in the health service for home aged care. Methods Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the three traditional pension models,the article introduced the remote home care service model,and then analyzed the problems in the application,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Results In the actual operation of telemedicine home health service,there were many problems,such as the lack of promotion,the different standards of the third party operators and the incomplete coverage of the information network. Conclusion If we can solve the related problems and take the advantages of telemenidice,it will promote the home health services,to the benefit for the elderly.
