泄浊化瘀方联合脉冲短波治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察泄浊化瘀方联合脉冲短波治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法将临床66例患者随机分为治疗组33例,对照组33例,治疗组予以泄浊化瘀方自拟方及脉冲短波治疗,对照组予以秋水仙碱和别嘌呤醇治疗,疗程为14 d,观察疗效及血尿酸、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.9%低于对照组97.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后血尿酸、CRP均明显下降,但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组发现2例不良反应。结论泄浊化瘀方联合脉冲短波治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作与口服秋水仙碱加别嘌呤醇疗效相当,但不良反应少、安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction combined with pulsed shortwave in the treatment of acute attack of gouty arthritis.Me thods 66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（33 cases） and the control group（33 cases）.The treatment group was treated with self-made Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction and pulsed short-wave therapy while the control group was treated with colchicine and allopurinol for 14 days.The curative effect,blood uric acid and C-reactive protein changes were observed.Re s ults The total effective rate of the treatment group（93.9%） was lower than that of the control group（97.0%） and the difference between the two groups showed no statistical significance（ P0.05）.Blood uric acid and CRP decreased significantly after treatment in both groups but the difference between the two groups showed no statistical significance（ P 0.05）.Two cases were found of adverse reactions in the control group.Conclus ion The effect of Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction combined with pulsed short-wave therapy in the treatment of acute attack of gouty arthritis is equivalent to that of oral colchicine plus allopurinol,with fewer adverse reactions and being safe and effective.
