摘 要:雅站天然气处理采用分子筛脱水工艺,差压再生、时序控制程序自动切换,存在分子筛粉化结块严重,造成粉尘过滤器和冷箱差压升高,影响轻烃收率。为减少分子筛粉化结块程度,通过对分子筛脱水流程、再生气和原料气气质、汞的影响、分子筛干燥塔内部结构等影响因素进行分析,并结合实际情况提出相关的应对措施,减少了分子筛粉化结块,提高了分子筛脱水效果,为深冷提供了保障。Molecular sieve dehydration process is used for the natural gas treatment in Yakela gas station,and differential pressure regeneration and automatic switching of time sequence control are adopted.The serious pulverization and agglomeration of molecular sieve results in high differential pressure of dust filter and cold box and affects the yield of light hydrocarbons.In order to minimize the pulverization and agglomeration of molecular sieve,ensure the dehydration effect of molecular sieve and provide safeguard for the cryogenic hydrocarbon removal of expander-compressor unit,various influential factors such as the molecular sieve dehydration process,the properties of regenerated gas and raw gas,the influence of mercury and the internal structure of molecular sieve drying tower are analyzed to solve the pulverization and agglomeration problem of molecular sieve,and some corresponding countermeasures are put forward based on the actual situations,thus minimizing the pulverization and agglomeration of molecular sieve,improving the dehydration effect of molecular sieve and providing safeguard for cryogenic hydrocarbon removal.
