循环气压缩机干气密封国产化改造探讨

摘　　要：介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司低密度线性聚乙烯装置循环气压缩机浮环密封在使用过程中存在的问题,对浮环密封频频失效的原因从结构、故障现象及密封原理等进行分析,针对干气密封技术在离心式压缩机中的成功应用,确定了压缩机转子干气密封改造措施,转子轴封改造后已连续稳定运行2个大修周期,生产使用结果表明:机组转子干气密封改造效果良好。This paper introduces the problems in the operation of floating ring seal of recycle gas compressor in the linear low density polyethylene unit at SINOPEC Guangzhou Company,and analyzes the reasons for the frequent failures of floating ring seal from the aspects of structure,failure phenomenon and sealing principle.In view of the successful application of dry gas seal technology in centrifugal compressors,the measures for replacing the floating ring seal of compressor rotors with dry gas seal were determined.The rotor shaft seal has been continuously and stably operated for two overhaul cycles after the modification,and the operation results show that the dry gas seal of rotors has good effect.
