摘 要:本试验旨在探讨高脂饲料中添加绿原酸(CGA)对草鱼生长性能和脂质代谢的影响。选择健康、初始体重为(7.53±0.30)g的草鱼360尾,随机分为4组,C(对照)、200CGA、400CGA、600CGA组分别饲喂CGA添加水平为0、200、400、600 mg/kg的高脂饲料(粗脂肪含量约为9.00%),每组3重复,每重复30尾,饲喂11周。结果表明,与C组相比:1)400CGA组鱼终末体重、增重率、蛋白质效率均显著提高(P<0.05),其中终末体重增加15.90%,增重率提高22.96%,蛋白质效率提升17.75%,同时饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05),降低14.86%;2)200CGA、400CGA组血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著提高(P<0.05);3)试验组肝胰脏甘油三酯(TG)、T-CHO、LDL-C含量显著降低(P<0.05),肝胰脏肝脂酶(HL)、总脂酶(TL)活力显著提高(P<0.05),400CGA、600CGA组肝胰脏HDL-C含量显著提高(P<0.05),400CGA组肝胰脏脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活力显著提高(P<0.05);4)透射电镜切片结果显示,400CGA、600CGA组肝胰脏细胞内脂滴体积小、数量少、分布较稀疏。结果提示,高脂饲料中CGA添加水平为400 mg/kg时,可促进草鱼机体脂质代谢,改善生长性能。This study aimed to investigate the effects of chlorogenic acid (CGA) supplementation in high-fat diets on growth performance, lipid metabolism of grass carp( Ctenopharyngodon idellus ). A total of 360 healthy and grass carp with an initial body weight (7.53±0.30) g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 craps per replicate. Craps in C (control), 200CGA, 400CGA and 600CGA groups were fed high-fat diet (crude lipid was about 9.00%) supplemented with 0, 200, 400 and 600 mg/kg CGA for 11 weeks, respectively. The results showed that compared with C group: 1) 400CGA group had significantly higher final body weight (FBW), weight gain rate (WGR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) of diet ( P 〈0.05), FBW increased by 15.90% , WGR increased by 22.96%m and PER increased by 17.75%, 400CGA group had significantly lower feed coefficient ( P 〈0.05), which was decreased by 14.86%. 2) 200CGA and 400CGA groups had significantly lower serum contents of total cholesterol (T-CHO) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ( P 〈0.05), experimental groups had significantly higher serum content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ( P 〈0.05). 3) Experimental groups had significantly lower contents of triglyceride (TG), T-CHO and LDL-C in hepatopancreas ( P 〈0.05), and significantly higher activities of lipase(HL) and total lipase(TL) in hepatopancreas ( P 〈0.05); 400CGA and 600CGA groups had significantly higher HDL-C content in hepatopancreas ( P 〈0.05); 400CGA group had significantly higher lipoprotein lipase (LPL) activity in hepatopancreas ( P 〈0.05). 4) Hepatopancreas sections under transmission electron microscope showed that lipid droplets were smaller, littleness and scattered in 400CGA and 600CGA groups. As a result, the supplementation of 400 mg/kg CGA in high-fat diets can promote lipid metabolism and growth performance of grass carp.
