摘  要:综合考虑水质稳定改善、藻华风险防控以及环境风险防控等要求,研究确定基于水质安全保障目标的生态水源库优化设计方案,研究提出生态饮用水水源湖(库)设计技术导则,优化设计要素,确定设计流程,提出了关键设计要求,并将导则应用于金泽水库的生态设计。金泽水库设计要求:停留时间3~5 d较优,水生植物覆盖比例宜30%~50%,滞水区面积比例小于10%,前置库面积比例30%~50%,生态净化库面积比例不低于30%,为水源湖设计和水生态系统构建提供理论依据。Based on the intent to improve water quality, control eutrophication and guard environmental accident risk, the design guidelines for drinking water source reservoir was proposed, includes design considerations, design procedure and so on.And this paper provides case study summaries of Jinze drinking water source reservoirs. The design considerations was given:resident time should be 3 ~ 5 days, macrophyte cover should be 30% ~ 50%, stagnant water area should be less than 10%, predam area should be 30% ~ 50%, macrophyte zone area should be no less than 30%. The guidelines will help ensure a consistent approach to modeling, designing and constructing drinking water source reservoir systems using best practice design.
