酚氨回收装置脱氨系统工艺流程优化

摘　　要：本文介绍了碎煤加压气化产生的含酚、氨废水脱氨及氨气净化吸收工艺流程存在的问题及改进后的工艺流程。通过实际运行证明,工艺流程改进后,解决了上游煤气水分离装置煤气水贮槽氨富集和分层的问题,避免了来料水总氨不稳定造成工况不稳、系统波动等问题,降低了装置运行费用,提高了酚氨回收装置的处理效率及相关产品的质量。In this thesis,the author introduced problems existing in the technological process of deamination of wastewater with phenol a nd ammonia produced by crushed coal pressurized gasification and ammonia purification ＆ absorption and the improved process flow.A ctual operation proved that the improved technological process has solved the problems of ammonia concentration and stratification in ga s liquor storage tank of upstream gas liquor separator,avoided unstable working condition and system fluctuation caused by unstable inde xes of incoming water,reduced operation costs of the device and improved the treatment efficiency of phenol ＆ ammonia recovery devic e and product quality.
