对标枪技术运动学研究的探讨

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,对近十年来有关标枪运动学研究的文献进行综述,结果显示:我国标枪项目的运动学研究方向主要集中在交叉步阶段和最后用力阶段的运动学研究,通过研究参数的数据来反映运动员的技术特点,我国优秀标枪运动员整体对于速度的利用率较差,普遍存在上肢过早发力,左腿"刚性"支撑不足,重心速度损失过多等问题。文献中对于左脚支撑后的蹬伸动作及论文数据的严谨性方面存在不足,有必要加强对运动员速度节奏的研究,确立运动员应该采取哪种速度节奏对投掷成绩更有效。By using the methods of literature, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper summarizes the literature on the research for Javelin kinematics in the past ten years. The restult shows that the main research directions of Javelin kinematics in China are mainly focused on the kinematics of the cross-step stage and the stage of final exertion. By means of the data of the research parameters to reflect the technical characteristics of the javelin throwers, it shows that the excellent javelin throwers in China have poor utilization in speed as a whole. There are many existing problems, for example, the upper limb initializes its movement too early, the ＂rigidity＂ of left leg is under braced and barycentric velocity gets too much loss, etc. In the literature, there are some shortcomings in the leg extension after left foot supports and the preciseness of paper data, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study on the speed rhythm of the javelin throwers and determine which speed rhythm should be adopted for javelin throwers so that it＇s more effective for the throwing results.
