探析可食景观的发展与应用

摘　　要：可食景观在满足食品安全、低碳生活的基础之上,也对提高观光农业产业效益提供了重要的途径。本文在分析可食景观的场地选择基础上,提出了多种规划设计的思路,结合实际案例,对可食景观的应用前景提出了意见和建议。As a new type of landscape creative mode, edible landscape is still in the early stage of development in the urban landscape in China. On the basis of meeting the requirements of food safety and low carbon life, edible landscaping is more combined with the agriculture and animal husbandry of China, which provides an important way to improve the efficiency of the sightseeing agricultural industry. Based on the analysis of the site selection of edible landscaping, this paper presents a variety of planning and design ideas. Meanwhile, it comes up with suggestions on the application prospect of edible landscaping in the context of specific cases.
