摘 要:智能变电站普遍配置各电压段的雷电防护系统,以预防或减少雷击所引起的设备损坏,最大限度保证变电站的安全运行。以杭州110 kV鸿丰变电站为例,重点介绍智能化管理的低压电涌(雷电)防护和管理系统的理论、结构和功能。采用压敏电阻的运行数据库结合雷电环境对电涌保护器的劣化性能影响进行数据模型分析,结果表明,低压电涌(雷电)防护系统的应用成果,从实质上提高了电涌保护设备的使用稳定性,切实保障了电气设备的安全性,适用于智能变电站低压供配电系统的电涌防护。Lightening protection systems of all voltage levels are widely applied in intelligent substations to prevent and mitigate equipment damage caused by lightning strikes and ensure operation safety of substations.The paper introduces theory, structure and functions of low-voltage current surge(lightning) protection and management system in 110 kV Hongfeng substation. The operation database of varistor, in combination with deterioration performance influence of lightning environment on current surge protector, are used for data model analysis. The result shows that the application of low voltage current surge(lightning) protection system can fundamentally improve stability of the protection system and ensure safety of electrical equipment; therefore, it is applicable to current surge protection of low voltage power supply and distribution systems in intelligent substations.
