摘 要:超超临界直流锅炉一般配备有炉水循环泵,当其因故障无法投入时,锅炉启动过程会存在水动力失调、水冷壁超温等风险。垂直管屏水冷壁锅炉由于给水流量的分配条件更差,启动操作将更加困难。通过精确控制燃料量、给水量、补排水量,并辅以邻炉加热和多项检修措施,完成了垂直管屏超超临界直流锅炉无炉水泵启动,为机组灵活运行带来全新途径。这次启动前的组织准备、启动过程的风险控制和启动后的延伸探讨等方面均有突破和创新,可为同类型机组作参考。Ultra-supercritical once-through boiler is generally equipped with circulating pump. In case of pump breakdown, hydrodynamics disorder and water wall overtemperature occur during the boiler startup.The startup operation is more difficult because of the poor distribution conditions of water flow in vertical tube water wall boiler. By precise control of fuel, feedwater, water supply and drainage as well as neighboring furnace heating and multiple maintenance measures, the startup of vertical tube ultra-supercritical boiler without circulating pump is finished, which is a new way of flexible operation. There are breakthroughs and innovations in preparation before startup, risk control in startup and discussion after startup, which provides reference for the same units.
