摘 要:从实践来看,我国传媒业对公众隐私权的重视和保护程度并不充分。其原因是多方面的,包括我国新闻事业体制及历史的影响、相关法制建设不够具体明晰、公众媒介素养和法制素养相对不高,等。在当前的新媒体环境下,信息传播主体趋向多样化,公众隐私权问题变得更加复杂,特别是"被遗忘权",将成为新环境下需要探讨的新问题。This paper argues that the Right to Privacy of the public does not be paid enough attention to by the media industry in China in the practices of media work till today. The influencing factors are various, including (a) the influence of China's journalism system and history, (b) the lack of specific and clear legal construction, and (c) the relatively lower level of the public consciousness of legitimacy and privacy. Under the current new media environment, the subjects of information disseminating tend to be diversified, which make the issue of public privacy becomes more complex. In particular, the Forgotten Right will become a new issue to be discussed in the new media environments.
