摘　　要：智慧交通作为智能交通升级版,是智慧城市建设的重要抓手。首先,梳理了交通管理的发展历程,并介绍了智慧交通的概念与内涵;然后,从国家智能交通系统工程技术研究中心发布的国家智能交通系统(ITS)体系框架入手,分析了智慧交通各服务领域的研究现状;最后,结合智慧交通项目经验,提出了感知网络、数据体系、综合服务和交通指挥服务中心等发展重点,并在此基础上总结了智慧交通的发展趋势,可为智慧交通建设与发展提供借鉴。As the upgrade of intelligent transportation,the smart transportation is the significant gripe of smart city construction.Firstly,the development process of the traffic management is summarized,and the conception and the connotation of the smart transportation are presented.Then,from the system framework of the national intelligent transportation systems（ITS）issued by the national intelligent transport system center of engineering and technology（ITSC）,the research statuses of various service domains in the smart transportation are analyzed.Finally,with the experience in smart transportation projects,the develop focuses including the sensor network,the data system,the integrated services and the traffic operation service centers are proposed.Based on the above,the development trend of the smart transportation is summarized,and it can be reference to the construction and the development of the smart transportation.
