摘　　要：在档案管理流程中,归档环节看似简单,实则复杂。本文立足基层工作实践,阐述归档工作中的几大问题,进而剖析问题背后的档案工作矛盾,就改善和提升归档工作质量提出针对性建议,以期促进档案工作的长足发展和可持续发展。In the file management process,Ar-chiving link seems simple, but in reality it is compli-cated.Based on the work practices at the grass-roots level, this paper expounds several major prob-lems-in the archiving work and analyzes the contra-dictions reflected by the problems. And then, weput forward several suggestions on how to im-prove and promote the quality of archiving work inorder to achieve practical results and promote therapid development and sustainable development ofarchival work.
