摘 要:橡胶防护蜡的迁移性能是其在轮胎和橡胶制品胶料中应用的重要特性。从橡胶防护蜡自身性质、胶料配方因素和改性角度,介绍橡胶防护蜡的开发与应用。橡胶防护蜡的配方优化应该从轮胎和橡胶制品的生产和应用要求出发,精确控制碳数分布和正异构烷烃比例,生产出高质量的橡胶防护蜡以适应市场需求。The migration property of rubber protective wax is an important characteristic of its application in rubber compounds for tires and rubber products. The development and application of rubber protective wax are introduced from the properties of the rubber protective wax,the compound formulation factors and the modification perspective. Formulation optimization of rubber protective wax should start from the production and application requirements of tires and rubber products,accurately control the carbon number distribution and proportion of n-isoalkanes,and produce high-quality rubber protective wax to meet the market demand.
