摘  要:目的考察芪白平肺方的抗炎及耐缺氧作用。方法建立二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀、卡拉胶致小鼠足肿胀模型以研究抗炎效果;采用常压耐氧法观察耐缺氧作用。结果芪白平肺方对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、卡拉胶致小鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用,能够延长缺氧情况下小鼠的存活时间。结论芪白平肺方具有一定的抗炎和耐缺氧作用,值得临床进一步研究。Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and anti-hypoxia effects of Qibaipingfei prescription. Methods To establish the model of xylene induced ear swelling and carrageenan induced foot swelling in mice to study the anti-inflammatory effect. Atmospheric oxygen tolerance was used to observe the effect of hypoxia tolerance. Results The Qibaipingfei prescription could obviously inhibit the swelling of ear caused by xylene and carrageenan induced foot swelling in mice, and could prolong the survival time of mice under the condition of hypoxia. Conclusion Qibaipingfei prescription has certain anti-inflammatory and anti-hypoxia effects. It is worthy of further clinical study.
