摘　　要：设计了一套基于热风预热的催化燃烧装置,该装置分为预热系统、催化燃烧系统和控制系统三大部分;并对实验装置进行了测试,结果表明,贵金属催化剂起燃温度低,污染物排放低,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。In this paper, a set of catalytic combustion device based on hot air preheating is designed. This device is divided into three parts： preheating system, catalytic combustion system and control system. The experimental device is tested. Results show that the noble metal catalyst has low ignition temperature, low emission of pollutants, and obvious economic and social benefits.
