摘　　要：尿源性干细胞是从尿液中分离得到的具有间充质干细胞强大增殖能力、多向分化特点的一类细胞。尿源性干细胞来源于肾脏,表达间充质干细胞特异性抗原;已有实验研究表明其能分化为脂肪细胞、软骨细胞、骨细胞、神经细胞等多种细胞,并具有促进组织修复的作用。现就尿源性干细胞研究进展作一综述。Urine-derived stem cells are a kind of cells with strong proliferative ability and multi-directional differentiation characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells isolated from urine. Urine-derived stem cells are derived from the kidney and express mesenchymal stem cell-specific antigens; experimental studies have shown that they can differentiate into a variety of cells such as adipocytes, chondrocytes, bone cells, nerve cells, etc., and have the function of promoting tissue repair. A review of the research progress of urinary stem cells is now available.
