摘  要:对铸态Cu-38.72Zn合金进行深冷处理,并借助光学显微镜、表面光度仪、电化学测试仪及热常数测试仪,探讨了深冷处理对Cu-38.72Zn合金在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能和热扩散系数的影响。结果表明,深冷处理降低了铸态Cu-38.72Zn合金的耐腐蚀性能和热扩散系数,与铸态试样相比,室温下腐蚀速率增大了3.75%,热扩散系数降低了6.65%。As-cast Cu-38.72 Zn alloy was carried out cryogenic treatment,and effects of cryogenic treatment on corrosion resistance and thermal diffusivity coefficient of the alloy were investigated by means of optical microscope,profilometer,electrochemical testing and thermal constant tester.The results show that cryogenic treatment can reduce its corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution and thermal diffusivity coefficient.Compared with cast samples at room temperature,the average corrosion rates are increased by 3.75%,and the thermal diffusivity coefficient is decreased by 6.65%.
