摘 要:针对生产中TC4钛合金模锻件冲击性能不合格问题,通过对原材料、锻造工艺、热处理工艺的综合分析试验研究,找出其影响因素并进行了改进性的工艺试验验证。通过调整锻造和热处理工艺参数,适当减少组织中的α相含量,较好地改善和提升了成品锻件的冲击性能。对预锻件进行终锻成形,对终锻件和机加工半成品零件进行了优化热处理,改善了所有在制品和半成品的冲击性能。经检测,其冲击性能均符合锻件技术标准要求。该方法可以为今后同类材料和结构的模锻件相似问题的解决提供可借鉴的方法。Aiming at the problem of unqualified impact property of TC4 titanium alloy die forging parts in production,through comprehensive analysis and research of raw materials,forging process and heat treatment process,the influencing factors were found out and the improved process tests were carried out. By adjusting the process parameters of forging and heat treatment,the α phase content in the microstructure was reduced appropriately,and the impact property of the finished forging was improved. Final forging of preforgings and optimized heat treatment of the forgings and semi-finished parts were carried out to improve the impact property of all in-process and semi-finished products.The test results show that the impact property was in accordance with the technical standard requirements of forgings. This method can provide a reference for similar problems of similar materials and structures.
