摘  要:采用EB-PVD技术在DZ466合金表面沉积热障涂层。950℃涂盐条件下热腐蚀100 h试验结果表明,DZ466合金表面形成疏松多孔的五层结构的腐蚀产物。相同热腐蚀条件下,由于Cr2O3与Al2O3的复合作用可阻止粘结层进一步的腐蚀和加速氧化,热障涂层中粘结层表面氧化物或腐蚀产物层的厚度比DZ466合金有很大程度的减小,表明(6-8)wt%Y2O3/CoCrAlY型双层结构的热障涂层可在很大程度上改善了DZ466合金的抗熔盐热腐蚀性能。Thermal barrier coating( TBC) was deposited by electron beam physical vapor deposition( EB-PVD) on DZ466 superalloy. From corrosion test at 950 ℃ for 100 h under salt deposited situation,it is found that loosen and porous corrosion products with 5 layers structure form on the surface of DZ466 superalloy. Under the same condition,the complex process of Cr2 O3 and Al2 O3 restrains further corrosion and accelerated oxidation,resulting that the thickness of oxides or corrosion product layers on surface of the bond coat cuts down in a large extent. It indicates that corrosion resistance of the superalloy can be improved in a great extent by( 6 - 8) wt% Y2 O3/CoCrAlY type TBC with two layers structure.
