生产性服务进口贸易对中国制造业服务化的影响

摘　　要：制造业服务化是当今世界制造业发展的重要方向与趋势,生产性服务进口贸易对于新兴工业国家实现制造业后期的发展来说显得尤为重要。本文分别从生产性服务贸易的"量"与"质"两个角度分析其对制造业服务化的影响,基于生产性服务行业的异质性,按技术密集度分析了低、中、高技术对我国制造业产出服务化影响效应的差异。研究表明:生产性服务进口贸易一定程度上能够促进我国制造业投入服务化;技术密集度较低的行业对制造业产出服务化产生明显的负面效应,而技术密集度较高的行业对制造业产出服务化的正面效应显著。因此,提升我国生产性服务业的国际竞争力应提高管理者的国际化水平,优化生产性服务进口贸易的投入结构,合理配置进口生产性服务要素,充分发挥先进进口生产性服务要素的正面效应。The service-oriented manufacturing industry is an important direction and trend in the development of manufacturing in today＇s world. Import trade in production services is particularly important for the emerging industrial countries to realize the later development of manufacturing. This paper analyzes the impact of the ＂ quantity＂ and ＂quality＂ of the producer services trade on service-oriented manufacturing industry. Based on the heterogeneity of the producer services industry,it divides the difference of the impact on service-oriented manufacturing between the low and medium-high according to the technology intensity technology. The research shows that import trade of producer services can promote the input servitization to a certain extent; industries with lower technology intensity have obvious negative effects on output servitization,while those with higher technology intensity have higher positive effect. Therefore,to improve the international competitiveness of China＇s producer service industry, it is necessary to increase the international level of managers,optimize the input structure of imported producer services,and rationally allocate imported production service factors,so as to give full play to the positive effects of advanced import producer service factors.
