摘 要:文章以苏州轨道交通4号线阳澄湖路站—金民西路站区间隧道盾构接收工程为例,介绍了盾构钢套筒接收技术在苏州地铁富水含砂地层中的应用情况。通过对盾构端头加固长度不足及周边环境、地质条件复杂情况下的加固方法及盾构技术进行优化,采用钢套筒及素混凝土连续墙组合加固措施有效控制了工程风险,取得了较好的盾构机接收效果,相关技术可为今后类似工程提供有益参考和借鉴。The application of steel sleeve reception technology to the Suzhou subway, characterized by water-rich sandy stratum, is introduced by using the TA03 section between the Yangcheng Lake Road station and West Jingmin Road station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 4 as an example. Good results were achieved with the shield machine reception by means of ground reinforcement and optimization of shield construction techniques in light of an insufficient reinforcement length at the shield tunnel end and complex geological and surrounding environments. The combined reinforcement measures of a steel sleeve and a plain concrete diaphragm wall were adopted, and the construc- tion risks were effectively controlled, providing a reference for similar projects to be built in the future.
