摘  要:混凝土裂缝、破损易导致混凝土中钢筋锈蚀,降低构件可靠度和耐久性,尤其是在化学环境复杂的地下工程中更为突出。基于此,文章针对地铁隧道等地下潮湿环境下混凝土裂缝修补过程中修补材料脱落和失效问题,设计了粘结拉伸试验方法,选用水性环氧树脂和丙烯酸脂共聚乳液,研究了在地下潮湿环境条件下聚合物改性修补材料与旧混凝土基体的粘结性能,并采用红外光谱(FTIR)分析其粘结机理。试验结果表明,环氧树脂和丙乳改性水泥基材料在潮湿环境下粘结强度分别提高了328%和213%,早期粘结强度发展分别较干燥环境提高了11%和9%,掺入聚合物后的反应产物能够提高材料的密实度和强度。Cracks in concrete result in reduced reliability and durability of concrete components due to con'osion of the reinibrcement, especially in underground works with complex chemical environments. In light of the spalling and failure of the repair material for concrete cracks in humid metro tunnels, a test method for bond tensile was de- signed, the interfacial bonding properties of polymer-modified cement-based repair materials and the old concrete matrix were studied using water-borne epoxy resin and acrylate copolymer emulsion, and an analysis of the bonding mechanism was conducted by FTIR. The results indicate that the bond strengths of the epoxy resin and acrylic emulsion modified materials increased by 328% and 213%, and the early bond strengths increased by 11% and 9% compared to those in dry environments, and the reaction products mixed with polymer can improve compactness and strength of the material.
