摘 要:拟采用宝钢产的950DL_CR高强钢材料的某车型车门防撞梁为研究载体,着重研究其全工序仿真模拟的冲压过程及其回弹补偿情况。首先对采用950DL_CR高强钢材料的车门防撞梁的工艺性进行科学分析,利用有限元软件Auto Form对其冲压成形过程进行全工序模拟,并分析其最终产品的冲压成形性和回弹结果。然后针对其冲压过程中出现的回弹问题进行补偿策略的论证,结合Think Design的Global Shape Modelling(GSM)全局形状建模模块,对车门防撞梁冲压模具的模面进行相应的补偿处理。最后采用三坐标测量仪对实际冲压得到的零件进行回弹检测,结果验证显示补偿后得到的冲压零件能够满足实际生产中对回弹公差范围的要求,从而确定补偿的策略和手段达到了预期目标。For a vehicle door anti-collision beam of high strength steel 950 DL_ CR produced by Baosteel,the stamping process of whole process simulation and its springback compensation were emphatically studied. First of all,the manufacturability of vehicle door anti-collision beam of high-strength steel 950 DL_ CR were analyzed scientifically,and the whole stamping process was simulated by finite element software Auto Form. Then,the stamping formability and springback result of the final product were analyzed,and the compensation strategy was demonstrated for the springback problem in the stamping process. Furthermore,the corresponding compensation treatment for the die face of stamping die for vehicle door anti-collision beam was conducted by the Global Shape Modelling( GSM) module of Think Design,and the springback of actual stamping parts were detected by the three-coordinate measuring instrument. The results show that the stamping parts obtained after compensation can meet the requirements of springback tolerance range in the actual production,so the strategy and means of compensation achieve the expected goal.
