摘  要:以前盖舷窗为原型,提取其特征结构,设计出尖角形台阶面的型面特征,通过对尖角形台阶面结构特征件进行冲压试验与成形仿真分析,验证了该仿真模型的准确性,并基于准确的仿真模型研究了常见的材料参数以及工艺参数对表面畸变的影响规律,并针对实际生产工艺中容易更改的几个参数设计了正交试验,分析了压边力、冲压速度、摩擦系数、板厚及拉延筋等因素对表面畸变的影响程度。结果表明,参数对表面畸变的影响程度从大到小依次为:板厚、拉延筋、冲压速度、压边力、摩擦系数。因此,在汽车外覆盖件实际生产中,可以从材料选取以及工艺优化角度考虑,实现面畸变的控制。The characteristic structure was extracted from the front cover porthole,and the profile feature of sharp corner step surface was designed. Then,the stamping test and forming simulation analysis of structural parts with sharp corner step surface were carried out,and the accuracy of the simulation model was validated. Furthermore,based on the accurate simulation model,the influences of common material parameters and process parameters on surface distortion were studied,and the orthogonal tests were designed for several parameters,which were easy to be changed in the actual production process. Finally,the influences of blank holder force,stamping speed,friction coefficient,plate thickness and drawbead on the surface distortion were analyzed. The results show that the influence degree of the above parameters on the surface distortion from large to small is plate thickness,drawbead,stamping speed,blank holder force and friction coefficient. Thus,during the actual production of automobile exterior panels,the surface distortion can be controlled from the aspects of material selection and process optimization.
